The race schedule of the 2024 WRMR is now available on the website in the regatta area. The website offers the possibility to interactively search and highlight the events of interest, which helps to get an overview of the program and to find the best choice for the entries.
As in 2022, the competitions will start on Wednesday and finishes on Sunday. The list of events continues the inclusion of double scull para events in the PR3 category that started in Tshwane, South Africa, last year. Those races take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ulrike Hartmann, competition manager, states: “I am especially happy about the para events. The Beetzsee venue has shown that it provides the facilities to successfully host para rowing events at the national level and we look forward provide the facilities for para rowers at international level during the 2024 WRMR .”
The general regatta schedule will be published as soon as possible. The detailed event bulletin (“Bulletin 2”) is expected to be available by mid of March when entries are expected to open as well. The exact dates will be published on the website as well. If you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter already, take the opportunity to avoid missing any update.
